"“Great find and one to come back too.” A great find when you want more than a basic hotel room at a very reasonable price. This hotel features cabins that are located behind the main building. We stayed in the one bedroom cabin which is a nice oversized room containing a queen and king sized beds, along with a sofa couch and chair creating a comfortable sitting area. A small deck in the rear of the cabin was perfect for sitting outside enjoying the sound of running water from the nearby South Arkansas River. Although an older facility, it was well maintained and very clean. The pool and hot tub were just outside our door and the location behind the main building blocked highway noise and created a very private atmosphere. We very much enjoyed our stay and are already making plans to return."

"“Great place” We stayed here with our three kids. They had a great time in the pool. They wanted to stay forever. The rooms were clean and very pleasant. The managers were helpful and went out of their way to provide us with information. They even opened the pool early so the kids could swim. Friendly people, great value. We will definitely stay here again!"

"Nice hotel, with a great big room and reasonable price! With three queen beds, we easily slept our family of six and still had room for two kennels for our large dogs. Love it when the bathroom sink is separate from the toilet/shower as it was here. The breakfast was a nice addition and there was a decent selection, but it could be improved if there was a little fruit and some hot water for tea or chocolate. Finally, just a friendly note to other pet owners, please clean up after your pet! (the grass wasn't the 'cleanest'.) We want hotels to keep welcoming our pets!"

"Matthew at the front desk was awesome. Very helpful on Monarch mountain tips. I also left IPOD in room when I left, I called and he held it for me until end of day. Thanks a bunch, look forward to more snow days!"

"My boyfriend and I stayed here last weekend and found the manager, Matt, very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable and the bed was firm.
He let my 2 guinea pigs and my little dog stay free of charge and didn't even charge us a late check out fee when we were 2 hours past check out time!"
